The location was very convenient, with key attractions within walking distance. We also enjoyed the complimentary snacks and food that were available throughout the day, a nice touch.

The concierge service was not as knowledgeable as expected, relying on the internet for information. The lack of assistance with opening taxi doors and occasional delays due to staff conversations were a bit disappointing.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at 41 made us feel like VIPs. They were really good too ensure our stay was really good. The personalized service and attention to detail were second to none. The room was beautifully designed and had a cozy fireplace that added a special touch. We were impressed with the extensive selection of food and drinks in the lounge. The breakfast and afternoon tea were amazing. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a confusing layout due to the building's age and an additional service charge, we would highly recommend this hotel. our experience at 41 was good.

The level of service at Hotel 41 was excellent. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the personalized attention throughout our stay, we were treated like VIPs. It was all superb.

The location of the hotel, just down the street from Buckingham Palace, was perfect for sightseeing. After a day of exploring, we enjoyed relaxing in the executive lounge, where we could grab snacks and drinks. The staff provided excellent service and were always quick and friendly. We also appreciated the variety of activities available, and the sister properties in central London had great restaurants. The room and bathroom were outstanding, providing every comfort we needed. a fantastic stay with great facilities and a wonderful view.

One minor drawback was the lack of labeling for the food in the pantry, which required us to ask for clarification.

Staff is incredibly attentive and accommodating. Beds are the most comfortable ever slept in. Room temperature easily adjustable, no noise disturbance. Impressive bathroom with heated floors and towel warmer. Convenient USB spots for charging devices.

I suppose of this hotel was the price. It was relatively cheap compared to other options in the area. the low price definitely reflected the poor quality of the hotel. The only other thing that was somewhat decent was the Wi-Fi. It had a decent connection and was fairly fast. But overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. There are much better options available in the area that offer better value for money and a more enjoyable experience.

the Special diet menus were a little bit limited, and we found it difficult to find suitable options for our dietary needs.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel located near Buckingham Palace, great to take lovely walks in the nearby St James Park and Green Park. The hotel's location in the center of a busy city made it convenient for exploring various sites around. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities provided were great. The staff were great too ensure our stay was perfect, always attentive and ready to fulfill our every need. the breakfast offered was delicious and freshly prepared, with a great range of options to choose from.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. the staff at this hotel were attentive and efficient; nothing was too much trouble. the in-room amenities were luxurious, including a Jacuzzi that was deep and relaxing. the room was spacious and immaculately clean. the restaurant provided delicious food with a variety of special diet menus available and in-room breakfast was a real treat! the lounge area was comfortable and provided a great spot to unwind with a drink. the private facilities were exclusive and added to the overall sense of luxury.

Our room was located next to a busy road, and we did experience some noise. apart from this minor issue, everything else was perfect.
